One to One Sessions
For those who need some additional support to take back control, if you suffer from sciatica, need to strengthen core movement, or would like support in helping to realign and strengthen after recovering from an injury. We will work to improve specific postures, observe without distraction, and work on layers of historical patterns within the body, and the mind. Sessions are tailor-made for you in person or on zoom.
